As someone who has identified operational breakdowns and turned ambiguity into scaling structure in complex global startup and enterprise environments, I work with growing owner-led service businesses to identify and solve the right operational problem and implement the highest-priority fix before investing in hiring, software, automation, and AI.

I’ve spent over 20 years in IT service management and software delivery. Most of that time was spent inside businesses where the gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered turned out to be an execution or operations problem, not just a technical one.

Over those years, I kept seeing the same pattern of growing organizations investing in software, automation, AI, or additional staff before understanding what was actually slowing them down. Sometimes those investments solved the problem, or they didn't, and the real constraint remained unaddressed underneath.
