Privacy Policy

conXsions LLC, doing business as Zettee Consulting, operates zetteeconsulting.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We do not sell your information.

1. What we collect

Business Momentum Quiz. When you complete the quiz we collect your first name, email address, your rating for each of the ten statements, your resulting Momentum Score and band, your industry, your team size, what you have already tried, and your written answer to what you would fix in the next 30 days.

Contact form. Your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Booking and payment. When you book a Discovery Call or a session, Calendly collects your name, email address, scheduling details, and where applicable your payment details. Zettee Consulting does not see or store full payment card details.

Session recordings. Assessment sessions are recorded so your own words can be captured accurately and turned into your written Blueprint. Your consent is requested at the start of every session and you may decline, in which case written notes are taken instead.

Client materials. During an engagement you may share documents, process information, and system access. This is covered by the confidentiality terms in your Engagement Agreement and Statement of Work.

Website usage. Squarespace, which hosts this site, collects standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, referring site, and device or browser type.

2. How we use it

•     To send you your quiz results and follow up about them

•     To respond to inquiries and schedule calls

•     To deliver the work you have engaged us for, including producing your Blueprint

•     To send occasional articles or updates, where you have asked to receive them

•     To understand which pages and articles are useful, in aggregate

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and this site runs no advertising or social media tracking pixels.

4. Text messages (SMS)

This website does not collect phone numbers and we do not send marketing text messages. This section describes what applies if you give us your mobile number directly and agree to receive texts.

Text messages would be service-related only, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, or a reply to an inquiry you started. Consent is optional and is never a condition of using this site, booking a call, or purchasing any service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

5. Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:

•     Squarespace, for website hosting, forms, and analytics

•     Formspree, which receives Business Momentum Quiz submissions

•     Calendly, for scheduling and payment

•     Our email and file storage providers, for correspondence and client documents

We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. A cookie banner lets you make a choice about non-essential cookies, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.

7. How long we keep it

Quiz submissions and inquiries are kept while they remain useful for following up, and reviewed periodically. Client records and deliverables are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as needed for our records and tax obligations. Session recordings are kept only until your Blueprint is delivered and accepted, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending you email. Email inquire@zetteeconsulting.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR, and we will honor those where they apply.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and storing credentials securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
