These terms apply to your use of zetteeconsulting.com. The website is operated by conXsions LLC, doing business as Zettee Consulting, a Washington limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. What this website is
This site describes Zettee Consulting's operations consulting services, publishes articles, and lets you book a complimentary Discovery Call or take the free Business Momentum Quiz. It is informational. Using it does not create a consulting relationship.
2. The Business Momentum Quiz
The quiz is a free self-assessment tool. Your Momentum Score is an indication of how much of your business depends on you personally. It is not a diagnosis, a valuation, or professional advice, and it is generated from your own answers without review. Nothing in the result should be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.
3. No professional advice
The content on this site, including articles and quiz results, is general information about business operations. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or employment advice, and it does not account for your specific circumstances. Where a decision has legal, financial, or employment consequences, consult a qualified professional in that field.
4. Engagements
Paid work is governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms. The Engagement Agreement is accepted when you book and pay for a Business Momentum Assessment session, and a Statement of Work covers the scoped Sprint. Where those documents conflict with these terms on a matter concerning your engagement, those documents control.
5. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for through Calendly. The session booking terms shown at the time of booking apply to that session, including the rescheduling and cancellation terms. Payment is required in advance to reserve a session.
6. Text messages (SMS)
Zettee Consulting does not currently collect phone numbers through this website and does not send marketing text messages. If you provide your mobile number to us directly and expressly agree to receive text messages, the following applies.
• Messages are service-related only, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, or a reply to an inquiry you started. We do not send promotional text messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is never required to use this website, to book a call, or to purchase any service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Our material
The content of this site, including text, articles, graphics, the Zettee Consulting name and logo, and the structure of the Momentum Blueprint, belongs to conXsions LLC. You may read, share, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or use the content to train a competing service, without written permission.
8. Using the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you have not been given access to, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or submit anything unlawful through its forms.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites and services, including Calendly and LinkedIn. Zettee Consulting does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
10. Availability
The site is provided as is. Zettee Consulting does not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zettee Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its free tools, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the Engagement Agreement and the Statement of Work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
